Get your item or your money back! All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking and insurance. Please note orders cannot ship to PO boxes.
Cancellations:
In most cases you can contact us to request a cancellation of an order before it has shipped. Once an order is marked as shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you would need to start a return.
Returns:
Most returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds exclude original shipping fees as well as any return shipping fees.
