EBS Rewards Program Policy
Everglades Bird Supply LLC
Overview:
The EBS Rewards Program is designed to reward our valued customers for their continued support. As a member of EBS Rewards, you will earn points on every purchase you make, which can be redeemed for discounts, special offers, and other exclusive rewards.
- Earning Points:
For every $1 spent at Everglades Bird Supply LLC (before tax), you will earn 3 points.
Points are accumulated in your EBS Rewards account and can be tracked through your rewards profile. - Returning customers must be logged into the same account used from their first ever order to continue to earn points. If you are not logged in or are using multiple accounts, you may not earn points, or your points will become split between multiple accounts.
- Placing orders using the Shop App. For best results we recommend placing orders on our site to earn points. You can still checkout using your Shop account via our checkout.
Redeeming Points:
- Points may be redeemed for store discounts on future purchases.
- From time to time, limited-time rewards offers may be available for redemption, such as exclusive products available only to EBS Rewards members.
Point Value and Limitations:
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- 100 points = $1.00 USD
- Points can be redeemed for discounts starting at 500 points ($5.00 USD).
- Points are only valid for use with purchases made at Everglades Bird Supply LLC and cannot be transferred to another account or used at any other retailer.
Refunds and Points Removal:
- If a purchase is refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your EBS Rewards account.
- In the case of partial refunds, points will be adjusted in proportion to the refunded amount.
Refer Friends:
- You can use your referral link to send friends $5.00 off their first order. When someone places their order using your referral link, you will earn $5.00 store credit.
Program Changes and Termination:
- Everglades Bird Supply LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the EBS Rewards Program at any time without warning, including the point system, rewards offerings, and any terms and conditions.
- Any changes to the program will be communicated to members as promptly as possible.
